🏒 Which hockey grip should I choose: Fabric, Rubber or Hole?

The main difference is how the grip feels in your glove.

Fabric — a familiar tape-like feel

Fabric has a textile surface that feels close to traditional hockey tape, without its sticky residue. Choose it if you prefer the familiar texture of tape.

Rubber — a rubbery handle feel

Rubber has a feel similar to a bicycle or motorcycle handlebar grip. It isn’t tacky or sticky — choose it if you like that rubbery feel in your glove.

Hole — slide freely, squeeze to lock in

Hole lets you move your hand along the stick when you hold it loosely. When you squeeze more firmly, your glove presses into the holes, creating a locked-in feel.

The hold comes from the holes rather than a sticky surface. Loosen your hand again and you can comfortably change its position.

Prefer a super-tacky grip?

Grip Tackifier is an optional add-on for players who want extra stickiness. You can use it on any of these grips or directly on the stick shaft.

Squeeze the tackifier between your glove and the grip or shaft to apply it. More pressure adds more tack, letting you adjust the feel to your preference. Keep it in its sealed bag between uses.

All three grip types shrink to fit during installation and can be applied over your existing tape setup to preserve its shape.
