You can return unused, non-personalized items within 60 days of receiving your order, in their original condition and packaging. Socks must also be unwashed.
Personalized items cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, see what to do here.
To arrange a return, email us at support@rocketgrip.eu with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
For standard returns of non-faulty items, return shipping is your responsibility, and we don’t provide prepaid return labels. Use a tracked service and include your order number inside the parcel.
Once we receive and inspect the eligible items, we’ll refund them to your original payment method.
