Follow the steps below to perfectly apply the grip on your tennis racket. If you have any other questions, read the question section bellow, it might help.
Use your thumb to center the grip in the middle of the tennis racket handle, hold it until Step 3.
It is important to leave around 1cm from the knob out before applying the heat to tennis overgrip.
First and foremost you have to start from the knob side, remeber to hold your thumb as long as top has shrunken and is fixed
When applying the overgrip, slowly rotate the racket, it should shrink on all sides equally
Continue Step 4. until it has fully shrunken on all sides
Lastly let it cool down for a few minutes and you are ready to hit the fields
When the grip shrinks it fixates the position on the handle, so it means that once you have applied it you can not take it off without damaging it, so the short answer is - no.
The overgrip does not consist of any glue, so it is really easy to remove it, one simple cut and peal it off.
According to our studies, the Rocketgrip Overgrip lasts at least 10-20x longer than the regular tennis overgrip tapes.
One of the most important things is that don't throw out the grip if this happens. Use heat gun instead of the boiling water and everything will be fine! It happens because some kettles do not fully boil the water temprature as neccessary.
Choose the size of the grip based on the size of the racket. We offer 2 sizing options for tennis racket overgrip, smaller one fits for - 1 and 2 racket size, while the bigger one for - 3 and 4.
If you have other questions not answered above we might have answered them in the general FAQ page, but if you don't find the answers there, feel free to write us the question to support@rocketgrip.eu, we usually reply within 1-2 business days.
No secret that the best way of learning about things is to actually test them out, so don't hang out to long at this page and go choose your own Tennis grip.
